Quality inspection according to customer specifications
Microchips, optical lenses and filters have to meet extraordinarily high quality requirements so that they enter the market as flawless products. Strict tolerance limits must be observed for dust, scratches or inclusions from manufacturing and processing. Inspecting and assessment are demanding and require a high level of experience, especially for visual inspections.
WGDicing GmbH offers the inspection of sawn wafers, glass substrates or sensors as an isolated service or in a package with sawing and separating. We work strictly according to customer specifications and inspect the products by using visual, microscopic and partly automatic methods. The inspections are based on the following criteria:
- Angular accuracy
- Lengths
- Thicknesses
- Cutting qualities
- Visual defects such as particle inclusions, scratches, spots, holes or lithographic defects
